My new years resolution is to keep my nightstand clean and not let papers pile up and work out at least 4 times a week:)

I would love to gift this to a new mama of a 2month baby boy. She so wants to come to Stroller Strides.

We are new to the area so my resolution is to find some new mama friends (and get a great workout in)!

Since New Year's Resolutions are so often broken and lost by the wayside before the end of January, I didn't make a "stated" one; however, I continue to move "forward" in my desire and efforts to have a healthier heart by consuming a whole foods plant based diet and exercising on a regular basis, either 15 minutes a day or jog/walking a mile as often as possible.  Juicing has helped me lose 20 lbs in three months and I'm cherishing the number that I may see on the scale in mid-April if I am consistent with my convictions and actions.

My resolution is to tone up and lean out. Basically I'm preparing my body for my second (future) pregnancy to be as healthy and smooth as possible!

Go you Carey!!! I like the idea of a Fitness Challenge Group and I agree on not wanting to use the title "Resolution".  Seems to fail every time...;)

I sort of made a New Year's Resolution to get fit. I don't like to use that title because then I never follow through. So, I actually started the workout in December, but joined a Fitness Challenge Group in January to hold me accountable. I have a goal to lose a certain amount of weight before my 40th birthday on Feb. 2. Go me!
