Stroller Strides of Raleigh is excited to be offering Half Marathon Training for Moms starting in 2012! 

For any local moms who have dreamed of crossing the finish line of a Half Marathon, this program offers you a 3 month training plan, personalized coaching, a variety of clinics for mommy runners, and the on-going support of fellow running moms. 

Two different training schedules are being offered, beginning either Jan 10th or Feb 20th.  Saturdays are the primary group run day (and the "long run day"), at 8am, and there is an optional weekly group run on Tuesdays at 9:30am.  Training plans are detailed and designed to help you go from able to jog a few miles at any pace, to completing the full Half Marathon by the end.  Several levels of training plan are available, including an advanced option for experienced runners looking to improve their time.
