Stroller Strides is a one hour, total body workout for mom while your little ones, aged 6 weeks to 4 years, come along for the ride in their strollers. Workouts include cardio, strength training, and abdominal work, plus songs and fun for the kids. All fitness levels are welcome, including pregnant mommies with their doctor's ok to exercise.
