Triangle TRACKS

Just like adults, children feel empty inside when they remember someone they loved is gone. Just like us, they may feel angry, sad or confused. And just like us, they must go through different stages of emotions in order to accept a loved one's death. Here are some helpful articles concerning how children deal with bereavement that also offer advice for adults who want to help a child deal with the loss of a loved one. This is valuable information, since we never know when we might need it.
